Beauty in the Detail
Kate Moore takes inspiration from everyday items to create three beautiful illustrations while in quarantine.
"Whilst thinking of art I could create for Ensemble magazine, I was lacking inspiration. Throughout my education I have been told that ideas can be found in museums and art galleries; areas which are inaccessible for the foreseeable future. I started the process of creating these illustrations by photographing and sketching items I have been using everyday during lock down. On inspection, I started to find beauty in the detail and form of these commodities as I started to place them into patterns."
